Type and space
Article and policy text begins at 22 pixels with generous line spacing. The Larger text button increases the main reading text to 26 pixels, and browser zoom remains available. Content reflows for narrow screens without requiring a horizontal carousel or a swipe gesture.
Keyboard use
A skip link moves past the header. Interactive controls use native buttons and inputs with visible focus. Agenda stages and reading filters expose their selected state. Article contents link to named sections, and the standard browser back button continues to work.
Information beyond color
Headings, labels and numbers identify the purpose of a section or control. Selected stages use a text label and an exposed pressed state as well as visual treatment. No autoplay audio, video or treatment animation is used. Reduced-motion preferences disable smooth scrolling.
